The Congress venue is JAMK University of Applied Sciences University of Applied Sciences. With its excellent location, it is just a short walking distance from the congress designated hotel.

The congress hotel in Jyvaskyla is Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki. We reserved 15 double rooms and 20 single rooms at this hotel, which will be kept for delegates until May 1st, 2022. Unsold rooms will be released after this date. Congress hotel rates are double room (average 154 Euro per night) and single room (average 144 Euro per night). Room rates include buffet breakfast as well as taxes and service charges. Rooms may be available at a higher rate after cut-off date. As a second option, we also reserved total 15 rooms (double or single) at Hotel Verso. They will be kept for the delegates until May 11, 2022. Unsold rooms will be released after this date. There are additional two low-budget accommodation which may be utilized by doctoral students as well as by delegates from emerging countries. The first one is Soihtu Housing which offers low budget accommodation in Jyvaskyla. You can stay in a furnished private or shared apartment by yourself or with a few colleagues. Soihtu Stay apartments offer  temporary  accommodation in the idyllic village environment. During stay, delegates get access to Soihtu Stay services such as sauna, laundry, and gym free of charge. Take away breakfast is also available. The distance to the city center is about 3 kms (2 miles), There are straight bus routes from the terminal to Soihtu Housing, located at Student Village Kortepohja. The second low budget accommodation is Forenom Hostel Jyvaskyla. It is reasonably priced alternative to hotels in the area.. Forenom Hostel Jyväskylä offers a homey and cost-effective alternative for both short or longer stays on the city’s busiest and most popular street. This means that all the services are literally at your doorstep. You can cook your own food in the shared kitchens which are located in each floor. For your relaxation, the hostel offers sauna, complete with a jacuzzi. The hostel combines both the private and communal experience under the same roof. This hostel is within walking distance to the congress site. Room rates vary around 50 Euro single or double occupancy and breakfast is not included in the rate. Hotels in Helsinki
It was not possible to accommodate all delegates in one hotel at a lower rate. Hence, we made the following reservations for the delegates. We are offering three hotel options in Helsinki. Delegates should contact the appropriate hotel and book their rooms by mentioning “IMDA Conference” as the code to receive the discounted hotel rates. All of the rates below include buffet breakfast, all taxes, and service charges.
